Vision

Our Vision

The Veteran experience begins the day that you decide to transition from the military. The Veteran experience has historically been defined by struggle and as a result, it has consumed many lives.Fear of this experience and the unknown can force many to stay on active duty, after all, why trade a comfortable known for an unknown?

From Fallujah to Abbey Gate and Niger to Helmand, service members have been on the business end of foreign policy, and this has come with a heavy physical and mental toll. The most senior men and women must cross the same bridge as the E3 in order to become a Veteran. This bridge can be harder to navigate for some but does not have to be.

This generation of Veterans will occupy more positions of influence; we will be business owners, teachers, professors, and politicians. We will teach our children the history we helped create and who better to author VA legislation than those that receive it.

So, how do we get there?

Improve access to healthcare, education, employment, and improve financial security.

When do we start?

The moment you decide you want to separate from the military.

If you have the capacity to serve and the aptitude to sacrifice, you have the capacity to inspire and achieve, and although that may sound cliché, we believe this to be true.

We exist to facilitate this process; we are the link between your active-duty lifecycle and your Veteran lifecycle.

We expect to end Veteran homelessness, end Veteran suicide, preserve Veteran families, and create the strongest, most influential Veteran community on the planet. This is achieved by creating solutions for the individual on a granular level, prior to separating from service.

You are not alone.
